You will be given your patrol's schedule at the Patrol Leaders Meeting on Saturday morning at 8 AM.
PROGRAM SCHEDULE
Friday, September 30
5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Check-in any earlier than 5:00 p.m.
9:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Troop leader, Patrol Leaders and Chaplin Aid orientation meeting by Camp-O-Ree staff at the Headquarters
11:00 p.m. Taps - ALL QUIET
Saturday, Oct. 1st
8:00 AM Leaders meeting at Neilsen Building
9:00 a.m. Opening Ceremony and remarks by Council staff at Pray Building (all patrols must attend)
10:00 a.m. Camporee begins
12:00 PM-1 PM. Lunch on trail (Remember to “Leave No Trace”)
1 PM- 5 PM Camporee
5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Dinner at campsites (Remember to “Leave No Trace”)
8:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Group Campfire Area Talent Show at Fire Ring
9:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. Campfires at campsites (Remember to “ Leave No Trace”)
11:30 p.m. Taps - ALL QUIET
Sunday, Oct. 2nd
7:00 a.m. Reveille (Bugle call)
7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. Cleanup campsites
8:30 a.m. Pray Building Flag Raising (all patrols must attend)
9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Pancake Breakfast and Awards Ceremony
10:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Check-out
